Make Up For Punk Glamour
If you want to create a punk style look, you will want to start with your makeup. It’s important to first realize that there are different ideas on what is “punk” and this makeup will focus on a more Avril Lavigne style look.
You will want to start by applying a thin covering of foundation to your entire face. Add some foundation to your eyelids; this will help the eye shadow stick better. After you have applied the foundation, you will want to make sure to blend it in good, especially around your jaw line.
Apply the lightest colored eye shadow first; you will want to apply it on your eyelid from the middle, up to the top. Take your darkest shade of eye shadow and apply it to the crease of your eye lid. You will want to take your medium colored eye shadow and apply it to just above the crease of your eye lid. You will now want to use a larger makeup brush and do a couple light sweeps over your eye lid to blend the colors.
Take your liquid eyeliner and apply it to the entire length of your top eye lid, start from the inner corner of each eye and work outward. You will want to make it a thick line. Now apply it to your bottom eye lid, only make it a thinner line. Apply your mascara to your eye lashes and now your eyes are done.
You will want to choose a light gloss for your lips, the shinier the better. Apply it to your lips and blot with a tissue. Now your punk makeup look is complete.
