You keep your body clean. You get rid of excess body hair, go for regular pedicures and style your hair. However, your grooming session is incomplete if your smile drives people away! How healthy are your teeth? Do you have an attractive, dazzling smile or are you one of those people who automatically cover their mouths whenever they feel a giggle coming up? - This one should be very obvious, and if you are not already doing it, we suggest you better start ASAP. Visit your dentist every six months. Chances are a regular check up will help your dentist and you nip a potentially serious oral disease in the bud.
- Halitosis, also known as bad breath, is the number one enemy of grooming. Get rid of it by investing in a tongue scraper/cleaner.
- Chew on sugar free gums after your lunch.
- Brush twice daily. Please.
- Use a good quality mouthwash. Ask your dentist to recommend one for you.
- Dental floss, meet teeth. Teeth, meet dental floss. You can go for waxed or unwaxed varieties, and they also come in different flavours and fragrances for those interested.
- For special occasions, you can even get your teeth whitened professionally. Home kits are also available OTC.
